These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

Unique Item Disclaimer

Because each hat is hand-beaded, slight variations in bead placement, color, and texture are natural features of handmade goods and do not constitute product defects.

Risk of Loss

Once the hat is handed over to the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.) in Illinois, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the buyer.

Shipping & Tax Estimates

Shipping dates are estimates, not guarantees, and that sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the buyer's state. Orders will be shipped within thirty days after purchase.

Inventory & Pricing Errors

If an item was accidentally listed with the wrong price or out-of-stock count, the order will be canceled and you will receive a refund back to the original payment method.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BEADED TIGER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OUR PRODUCTS. OUR MAXIMUM LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THAT ITEM.
